Pardon for the 2-month hiatus but this entry will fairly explain my absence.
One of the main reasons that I started this blog was to have an avenue to write and cover interesting stuff about life. As I just recently made the biggest career move ever, I hoped that this page will let me share exciting stuff about life and will eventually earn in the long run. Even if I let go of the corporate world to be a full-time mom to my Paige, I still want to earn and contribute to the household bills.
Banking on my writing and PR experiences, I visited online freelancer platforms such as onlinejobs.ph and upwork.com to get assignments and thank God! I was able to get some. Completing projects for some clients made me busy for the past two months and I am really enjoying this new found freedom.
I really love the idea of continually harnessing your given skills while taking care of mother's top most priority - our little ones.
So to mothers out there being an Online Filipino Worker might just be the outlet that you need to escape office-based jobs and stay at home with your kids. Working online is not only for writers too. There is a wide range of options to choose from like virtual assistants, tech skills, social media managers and a lot more.
I Hope this post will inspire mommies out there who wishes to be a 24/7 mom while still raking income.
